The Shawshank Redemption 25th Anniversary
When: August 16-18
Where: Ohio State Reformatory, Mansfield
Celebrate the beloved movie’s 25 anniversary! Tours, celebrity appearances, and numerous events at Trail sites.

S’Miles of Sunflowers
When: August 16-18 & 23-25
Where: Lynd Fruit Farm, 3131 Johnstown-Alexandria Road, NW, Alexandria
10 acres of sunflowers! Backyard games, Bingo!, food, and live Bluegrass music!

The 9th Annual Columbus Food Truck Festival
When: August 16-17, 11:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Where: Bicentennial Park & Scioto Mile, 233 S Civic Center Drive, Columbus
The much-anticipated summer foodie event! Over 50 food trucks, plus live music and family fun! All events are free to attend and suitable for all ages! Kids fun day is Saturday from 11:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. at Genoa Park.

Where: Prairie Oaks Metro Park, Darby Bend Lakes Area, Hilliard

Mount Carmel St. Ann’s 4th Friday: Dog Days of Summer
When: August 23 @ 6:00 – 9:00 p.m.
Where: Uptown Westerville
Street vendors, food trucks, entertainment, kids’ activities, and more! Bring your canine companions!

Historic Bus Tour: Flint & the Underground Railroad
When: August 24, 1:00 – 2:30 p.m.
Where: The Griswold Center, 777 High Street, Worthington
Learn the history of Flint, its schools, and the role of both Flint and the village of Worthington during the Underground Railroad. The tour includes a visit to Flintridge Terrace and a close-up view of the Ozem Gardner house, a stop on the underground railway.

Urban Scrawl
When: August 24-25
Where: 400 West Rich Street, Columbus
Come watch artists as they create live murals! There will be a DJ, breakdancing stage, cold beverages, food trucks, children’s activities, and much more! Admission is FREE!

Columbus Greek Festival
When: August 30–September 2
Where: Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral, Goodale Boulevard at High Street, Columbus
Free cathedral tours, food, singing and dancing…all the best of Greek culture!

St. Paul and The Broken Bones Free Concert
When: August 31, 6:00 – 11:00 p.m.
Where: Columbus Commons
FREE concert! Food trucks and beverage services will be available at 5:30. Music begins with local legends The Spikedrivers with St. Paul and The Broken Bones to follow. Bring your blankets and chairs and enjoy the concert!
