Baked Parmesan Brussels Sprouts

Brussels Sprouts
Olive Oil (approximately 2-3 teaspoons)
Parmesan Cheese
Granulated Garlic


Set your oven at 375°

Cut brussels sprouts in halves or thirds so they are all roughly the same size and will cook evenly.  Add brussels sprouts to a large bowl along with a good lathering of olive oil, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper to your liking and mix.

Use a foiled baking sheet with a light coat of spray so the brussels sprouts won’t stick and spread evenly across the tray.  Make sure they are not on top of each other or they will steam instead of baking.  Put in the oven at 375° and bake about 25 minutes or until the brussels sprouts start to brown and appear crunchy.  Yum, enjoy!
