These cookies are made with no flour and they are yummy!
Juli Cachat shares her recipe and was even kind enough to bring a batch into the office for us to taste. Needless to say, they were gobbled up quickly!
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 large egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips until well blended. Will appear grainy from the sugar.
Add chocolate chips.
Drop slightly rounded teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheets. Do not flatten.
Bake 9 minutes or until puffed and golden. Cool on a wire rack for at least 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheet (they will be very soft).
