Kim’s Quick ‘n Hearty Taco Soup Recipe

Ryan’s wife Kim shares her taco soup recipe…delicious!

Cook sirloin meat in a soup pot with 1 small onion cut up and 1 tablespoon olive oil.

After meat is cooked, add:

2 cans drained and rinsed pinto beans
1 can drained and rinsed black beans
2 cans (14 ½ oz) diced tomatoes
2 cups water
1 can (14 oz) creamed corn
1 envelope ranch dressing mix
1 envelope taco seasoning

Boil and simmer 30 minutes.  Serve with sour cream, cheese, etc. and enjoy!

Options – you can substitute chicken for the sirloin or you can leave the meat out altogether.
