Peanut Butter Cheesecake Pie
Recipe from Shannon Ebright
1 ¼ cup peanut butter (or to your taste)
8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
¾ cup powdered sugar
8 ounces Cool Whip
2 tablespoons milk or milk substitute
1 chocolate no-bake pie crust
Optional items for toppings:
Peanut butter chips
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy. Add the peanut butter and milk, and beat together. Add the Cool Whip and beat until mixed well. Pour into the chocolate pie crust. Add any desired toppings. Chill for at least an hour in the refrigerator.
