Gallo Family Salad
Choose your favorite salad greens: romaine, iceberg lettuce, spinach, etc.
EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
Apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper
Optional: carrots, celery, or whatever you choose!
In large salad bowl add freshly washed and cut salad greens. Next, add thick lathering of EVOO…leaves should look oily. Add about the same amount of apple cider vinegar. Add a heavy sprinkle of granulated garlic, and finally add salt and pepper to taste. Toss salad for a minute or two. Enjoy!
